✅ 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

  • All returns are processed through Amazon’s U.S. return centers (we’ll provide the correct return address once your request is approved).

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return your current one. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for funds to appear.
